Invoicing
All contributions are charged in accordance with government guidelines. You or your Client Adviser/Client Facilitator can review your contributions at any time through our Family Portal on auhes.com.au. We will endeavor to invoice you fortnightly but reserve the right to bill at different intervals. Our invoice will be evidence of your service usage and charges. All upfront payments for our services are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable unless agreed upon by both the client and AUHES. Any excess kilometer charges, entry fees, supermarket shopping, and meal preparation costs are payable separately at the time of purchase. Services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled
