About Us
Our Story
Australian Health Elevation Services Pty Ltd (AUHES) was founded with a clear purpose: to create a care organisation where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported, not only for a short time, but throughout every stage of their journey.
Our founders recognised that many older people and individuals living with disability were receiving services, yet still experiencing inconsistency, unfamiliar support workers, and a lack of genuine connection. Families often had to repeatedly explain their loved one’s needs, while individuals were expected to adjust to care that did not always reflect their choices, goals, or way of life.
The practical tasks may have been completed, but something important was often missing, the feeling that someone truly cared.
Our founders believed that working in aged care and disability support requires more than qualifications and experience. It requires empathy, passion from the heart, and a genuine drive to make a difference. This belief became the foundation of AUHES and inspired us to build a team of compassionate people who share the same purpose.
We believe disability should never stop someone from living a meaningful and fulfilling life. It should not prevent anyone from pursuing their goals, making their own choices, building relationships, participating in their community, or living life in the way they choose.
AUHES was created to provide care that listens before acting, understands before deciding, and remains consistent throughout every stage of a person’s journey. We do not see care as simply completing tasks. We see it as an opportunity to build trust, promote independence, and make a meaningful and lasting difference in someone’s life.
For us, care is found in the details. It is knowing how someone likes to begin their morning, noticing when they are quieter than usual, remembering the stories that make them smile, and helping them remain connected to the people, places, and activities they love. These moments may appear small, but together they create dignity, comfort, trust, and a sense of belonging.
Our vision is to build a community where older people and individuals living with disability feel supported, included, and confident about their future. We want individuals and families to know that there are providers who genuinely care—not only through words or short-term promises, but through consistent actions, trusted relationships, and long-term commitment.
Our journey is one of growth, learning, and heart. We have witnessed firsthand the incredible strength and resilience of the individuals we support, and their stories inspire us every day. They remind us why we do what we do and strengthen our determination to continually learn, improve, and innovate.
At AUHES, we are more than a service provider—we are a team united by purpose. We are honoured to walk alongside the people we support, share in their challenges, celebrate their victories, and recognise every meaningful milestone. Their stories have become an important part of our own, and together, we are creating a brighter, more inclusive, and supportive future.
As AUHES continues to grow, the heart behind our work remains unchanged: to see the person before the service, to make every individual feel valued, and to ensure no family feels they are navigating their journey alone.
Every step of the way, we remain dedicated to making a meaningful and lasting difference—one person, one family, and one story at a time.
This is the heart and soul of Australian Health Elevation Services Pty Ltd.
