Story

Australian Health Elevation Services Pty Ltd was founded with a clear purpose: to create a care organisation where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported, not only for a short time, but throughout every stage of their journey.

Our founders recognised that many older people and individuals living with disability were receiving services, yet still experiencing inconsistency, unfamiliar support workers, and a lack of genuine connection. Families often had to repeatedly explain their loved one’s needs, while individuals were expected to adjust to care that did not always reflect their choices, goals, or way of life.

The practical tasks may have been completed, but something important was often missing, the feeling that someone truly cared.

Our founders believed that working in aged care and disability support requires more than qualifications and experience. It requires empathy, passion from the heart, and a genuine drive to make a difference. This belief became the foundation of AUHES and inspired us to build a team of compassionate people who share the same purpose.
